Сдаю посуточно уютный дом недалёко от озера байкал. Всё необходимое для комфортного отдыха! Безопасно! -Проживание без хозяев!!! Без подселения!!! Вся инфраструктура в шаговой доступности, до озера Байкал 5 минут пешком, до горы "соболиная"- 5 минут на машине. 3 комнаты, кухня-студия, во дворе стоянка для 4 машин. Дальше читаем внимательно: попробуйте найти подобное жилье без живущих за стенкой хозяев и совершенно посторонних вам жильцов в соседних комнатах! Дом полностью в распоряжении только вашей семьи или вашей компании!!! Дополнительные услуги за отдельную плату: мангал, русская банька с отличным паром и душистым березовым веником, без ограничения по времени!!! P. S: уважаемые гости, огромная просьба- супер мега колонки и прочие бумбоксы оставляем дома!!! После 22.00 часов соблюдаем федеральный закон о тишине! Слишком шумные и неадекватные гости - вам однозначно не к нам!!!
